Our Liability Policy

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of Moscord Services will be uninterrupted and that transactions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed and you are making use of Moscord Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In addition, your access to Moscord Services may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services.

As we are not party to the contract for the sale of the product between customer and supplier, we will not be responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), any indirect losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using Moscord Services, or any losses resulting directly or indirectly.

We want you to use Moscord Services with confidence, so if you are eligible, we will refund you an amount equivalent to what you have paid to us in the period of 3 months starting from the month in which the first claim arose or SGD 5,000 whichever is the lower amount. If the value of your product(s) exceeds SGD 5,000, we strongly recommend that you acquire the necessary insurances.

Where we are not in any way responsible for your conduct that led to policy violations, you accept sole legal responsibility for the legality of your actions under the laws applicable to you and the legality of the products you list on the Trading Platform.
