HMS Hanseatic Marine Services offers you a long tradition in ship supplies, spare parts and catering services. Our offices are located in Hamburg, Singapore, Kiel, Rotterdam and Antwerp.

For more than 160 years, we have been servicing containerships, bulk carriers, tankers, general cargo vessels, oil rigs, passenger vessels, navy vessels, river cruise ships and ferries of international shipping companies at all European and overseas ports. We cover the full range of ship supplies from provisions to bonded and all technical stores as well as spare parts. For the cruise and hotel industries we are specialised in food and beverage products, consumables and hotel equipment. For more than 750 cargo ships we manage a worldwide catering service at fixed rates.

Huge and modern warehouses in Hamburg, Kiel and Singapore supply ships in all European ports as well as Singapore and Malaysia. Every day hundreds of pallets leave our warehouses for ports all over the world either in our own fleet of state of the art reefer trucks with separate temperature-controlled compartments or through certified trucking companies.

For vessels at overseas ports in America, Africa, the Middle and Far East we arrange supplies by sea container or air freight.

Provisions

Our range of food and beverage supplies is infinite: from local products to a great number of specialities from all over the world. More than 13,000 different food and beverage items are permanently in our inventory. Our experienced purchasers and our constant quality controls ensure that our customers receive first-class quality products at competitive prices.

Technical Supplies

Our Technical Department delivers all deck, engine, electrical stores, stationery, medical supplies or nautical equipment. On average, our team members – all with solid background in the marine industry – supply over 15,000 different technical items per month to all kind of vessels. More than 4,000 items are available from stock. Regardless of what your vessel‘s needs are, HMS will have a solution 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Bonded Stores

HMS supplies everything for your canteen or cafeteria. The product range covers all kinds of cigarettes, cigars or tobacco, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages up to the highest standards as well as duty-free chocolates, sweets or snacks, perfumes and cosmetics, clothing and travelling products, all kinds of electronics, watches and jewellery.
